    1. Who we are

    JR Digital Services Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is an Adelaide-based digital marketing agency. Our ABN is 15 677 761 787. We trade as JR Digital Services and operate the JR Digital Hub — a software-as-a-service platform for small businesses.

    We take privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

    2. What information we collect

    We collect:

    Information you give us

    • Your name, email, phone, business name, business type, address, suburb.
    • Account credentials (passwords are hashed; we never see them in plain text).
    • Payment details for subscriptions (handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers).
    • Content you upload to the JR Digital Hub — your customers, contacts, conversations, documents.
    • Anything else you send us via forms, email, chat or phone.

    Information we collect automatically

    • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
    • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks.
    • Cookies and similar technologies (see our cookie practices below).

    Information from third parties

    • Stripe (payment confirmation, not card details).
    • Google, Meta, LinkedIn (analytics and ad-tracking only with your consent).
    • Public sources (LinkedIn, business directories) for sales / outreach research.

    3. How we use your information

    We use it to:

    • Provide the JR Digital Services website and the JR Digital Hub.
    • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
    • Send service-related emails and notifications.
    • Respond to your enquiries.
    • Improve our products through analytics.
    • Send marketing communications you've consented to (and stop when you tell us to).
    • Comply with our legal obligations.

    We do not sell your information to anyone.

    4. How we share your information

    We share with:

    • Service providers helping us run the business: GoHighLevel (the platform underlying JR Digital Hub), Stripe, Mailgun, Twilio, Google, AWS. Each has its own privacy obligations and we contract them to handle your data securely.
    • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) under confidentiality.
    • Government or regulatory authorities if legally required.
    • Anyone you direct us to share with.

    5. Overseas disclosure

    Some of our service providers store data outside Australia, including in:

    • United States (GoHighLevel infrastructure, Stripe, Mailgun, Twilio).
    • European Union (some Google services).

    By using our services, you consent to your information being processed in these jurisdictions. We work only with providers who maintain protections at least equivalent to the Australian Privacy Principles.

    6. Cookies + tracking

    Our website uses cookies for:

    • Essential site functionality.
    • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — to understand how visitors use the site.
    • Marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads) — only with your consent.

    You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. Some site features may not work without them.

    7. Storage + security

    We store your information on secure servers operated by our providers. Industry-standard protections include:

    • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
    • Access controls and audit logs.
    • Regular security reviews.
    • Multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts.

    No system is 100% secure. We tell you within reasonable timeframes if a breach occurs that affects you, in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

    8. Your rights

    You can:

    • Ask what information we hold about you.
    • Ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
    • Ask us to delete it (subject to any legal retention obligations).
    • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
    • Export your JR Digital Hub data via the platform's standard export tools.

    9. Data retention

    We retain your information only as long as needed to:

    • Provide the services you've signed up for.
    • Comply with legal obligations (tax records, ACL requirements).
    • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

    If you cancel a JR Digital Hub subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow reactivation, then delete it on request.

    10. Children

    Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

    If you think we've mishandled your information, contact us first at privacy@jrdigitalservices.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.

    If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):

    We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
