1. The trial offer
JR Digital Services Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides a 30-day free trial of the JR Digital Hub ("the Hub") to eligible new customers ("you").
During the trial period, you receive access to the Hub Pro feature set, including the AI Employee, Social Media Planner, branded mobile app access, memberships, and increased SMS/email allowances.
The trial period begins on the date your sub-account is provisioned and runs for 30 calendar days.
2. Signup + card capture
To start the trial:
- You sign up via Stripe-hosted checkout at jrdigitalservices.com.au/free-trial.
- A valid credit/debit card is required at signup.
- Your card is captured by Stripe but not charged during the 30-day trial.
3. Conversion at trial end
At the end of the 30-day trial (day 31), your card is charged the Hub Pro monthly fee of $397 AUD inclusive of GST, unless you have cancelled before then.
If you cancel before day 30, you will not be charged.
4. Subscription terms post-trial
4.1 Subscriptions are monthly, in advance, in Australian dollars, GST inclusive.
4.2 You may cancel at any time:
- Your account remains active until the end of your current paid month.
- No further charges are billed.
- After the paid period ends, your account is suspended.
- You can reactivate within 90 days without losing data (clause 8).
4.3 No refunds for partial months. (The Australian Consumer Law overrides this if a consumer guarantee applies — see clause 12.)
5. Pricing
5.1 Current pricing is published at jrdigitalservices.com.au/free-trial and inside the Hub.
5.2 We will give you at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase to your subscription. You may cancel at any time during that notice period.
5.3 All prices are in AUD inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
6. What's included in Hub Pro
Hub Pro includes:
- Branded JR Digital Hub login (web + mobile app)
- CRM, pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys
- AI Employee (Conversation AI + Reviews AI + Content AI)
- Social Media Planner with AI content generation
- Memberships and courses
- Branded mobile app access
- Email + SMS marketing with usage allowance
- Forms + funnels
- Calendars and online booking
- Reputation manager (review requests + responses)
- Documents + e-signatures
- Up to 5 user seats
- Priority support (24-hour response within Australian business hours)
7. Add-ons + usage
7.1 Add-ons are charged separately at the rates published at jrdigitalservices.com.au/free-trial. These include extra user seats, extra sub-accounts, custom domains, Voice AI, and integrations.
7.2 Usage charges (SMS, email beyond allowance, Voice AI minutes, AI Employee API costs) are billed at cost plus 25% markup, with monthly cap and email alerts at 75%, 90% and 100% of cap.
8. Your data
8.1 You retain ownership of all data you upload, create, or import into the Hub.
8.2 You may export your data at any time via the Hub's standard export tools.
8.3 If your account is suspended (cancellation, non-payment, or trial expiry), we retain your data for 90 days so you can reactivate. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.
8.4 You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@jrdigitalservices.com.au.
9. Acceptable use
You will not use the Hub to:
- Send unsolicited commercial communications in breach of the Spam Act 2003.
- Process special-category personal information (health, financial, etc.) without ensuring your own compliance with applicable privacy and industry regulations.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
- Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Hub itself.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you have breached this clause.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 We retain ownership of the Hub, the JR Digital Services brand, and all underlying software.
10.2 You retain ownership of your content, your customer data, and any branding assets you upload.
10.3 You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process your content solely to provide the service.
11. Service availability
11.1 We aim for the Hub to be available 24/7, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
11.2 We do not provide a contractual SLA for trial users. Hub Pro plans receive priority support (24-hour response within Australian business hours).
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
- Re-supplying the service, or
- Refunding the fees paid for the affected period.
13. Privacy
13.1 We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy at jrdigitalservices.com.au/privacy.
13.2 Some processing happens overseas (the underlying GoHighLevel platform is US-based). By using the Hub you consent to this overseas disclosure as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications
14.1 We may update these terms from time to time.
14.2 For material changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice via email and in-app notification.
14.3 If you don't agree to a material change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
15. Governing law
15.1 These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
15.2 You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
